We use two different types of pumps to apply detergent and water to your home. Electric pumps apply cleaners very gently and precisely. Gas pumps are used when we need more pressure or more volume. We choose the right pump and the right cleaners to match the surface we are cleaning.
This depends on several factors, including the amount of sunlight the roof gets. (The North face always gets dirty quicker.) In general, a roof stays clean about 5 years.
